Predominantly rooted in the energy sector, he has worked for EPC contractors, Owner/Operators, Equipment OEMs, and Service Providers, gaining a unique perspective on their distinct priorities and operational challenges. His ability to translate these insights into effective business solutions sets him apart.
In his last role as Managing Director at a leading technical consultancy and engineering services firm in Asset Performance Management solutions, Martijn gained an advanced expertise in digital transformation. He successfully integrated Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, to enhance the asset management and operational performance of physical assets.
With a comprehensive skill set spanning the entire commercial lifecycle, Martijn is adept at early-stage business development, forging strategic partnerships, leading tender processes, and negotiating final contracts. His early-career experience in supply chain and project management provides a solid foundation for addressing technical and operational complexities, further enhancing his strategic capabilities.
